Wir suchen ab sofort auf Vollzeitbasis (40h/Woche) eine:n

Beratung zu Finanzmarktregulierung und regulatorischer Compliance, insbesondere in Bezug auf technologiegetriebene Finanzinnovationen;

Mitarbeit bei Transaktionen, inkl. Finanzierungen, Kaptitalmarkttransaktionen und finanziellen Restrukturierungen;

Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld;

Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Jurist:innen und Koordination von länderübergreifenden Projekten und Transaktionen.

Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium; ein internationaler Abschluss (LL.M.) oder Arbeitserfahrung im Ausland sind von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung;

Abgeschlossene Gerichtspraxis;

Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse;

Starkes technologisches Interesse, Begeisterung für Legal Tech und Innovation sowie Erfahrung mit KI-Tools im rechtlichen Kontext, einschließlich Workflow-Optimierung an der Schnittstelle zwischen Recht und Technologie, insbesondere KI, Blockchain (inkl Crypto) und Fintech wären von Vorteil.

Now we’re looking for a co-founder who can help us bring this mission to more people — through thoughtful growth, authentic storytelling, and the right partnerships.
