𝐄𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐚𝐡𝐫 „𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐄𝐑𝐏“ – 𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐠𝐞𝐡𝐭 𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧 Vor rund einem Jahr haben wir in der Unternehmensgruppe unser ERP-Transformationsprojekt gestartet: den Wechsel von SAP Retail hin zu einem modernen und standardisierten Oracle ERP-System. Ziel ist es, unsere Prozesse zukunftssicher, effizient und stabil aufzustellen. Ein zentraler Erfolgsfaktor ist dabei die enge Einbindung unserer Mitarbeitenden. Ihre Erfahrungen und Perspektiven helfen uns, das neue System praxisnah zu gestalten, Fragen zu klären und die Organisation bestmöglich auf die kommenden Veränderungen vorzubereiten. Im September haben wir deshalb unsere User Feedback Days durchgeführt. Projektbeteiligte und ein erweiterter Kollegenkreis aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen hatten erneut die Gelegenheit, einen Blick auf die neu konzipierten Prozesse in der Oracle-Systemlandschaft zu werfen. In intensiven Sessions wurde diskutiert, Feedback gesammelt und erste Eindrücke geteilt.
