Juni 2025 hat unsere Kanzlei zum Treffen der Österreichischen Arbeitsgruppe der Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e. V. eingeladen. Rund 40 Kollegen aus dem Bereich des Kartellrechts sind der Einladung gefolgt und konnten von unseren Kartellrechtspartnern Astrid Ablasser-Neuhuber , Florian Neumayr und Gerhard Fussenegger willkommen geheißen werden. Nach einem juristisch brillanten Vortrag von Hanno Wollmann und zahlreichen Diskussionsbeiträgen konnten wir den Abend bei wunderschönem Wetter auf der großen Terrasse unseres Büros im Herzen Wiens ausklingen lassen. Following a brilliant legal presentation by Hanno Wollmann and numerous contributions to the discussion, we were able to round off the evening in beautiful weather on the terrace of our office in the heart of Vienna. bpv Huegel advised RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria Handel und Vermögensverwaltung eGen (RWA eGen) and its acquisition holding on the completion of the approximately 47.53% share purchase in RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria Aktiengesellschaft ( RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria AG ) (RWA AG) and the acquisition financing from Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI). The purchase price amounts to EUR 176 million. The share purchase agreement was concluded at the end of last year. The acquisition financing was structured and provided by Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI). The bpv Huegel team led by partners Christoph Nauer and Ingo Braun , included Barbara Valente , Daniel Maurer , Patrick Nutz-Fallheier , Roland Juill and Johannes Mitterecker. The merger control and investment control proceedings in seven countries were handled by a team led by partner Astrid Ablasser-Neuhuber with Stefan Holzweber and Philipp Stengg . bpv Huegel advised RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria Handel und Vermögensverwaltung eGen (RWA eGen) and its acquisition holding on the completion of the approximately 47.53% share purchase in RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria Aktiengesellschaft ( RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria AG ) (RWA AG) and the acquisition financing from Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI). The purchase price amounts to EUR 176 million. The share purchase agreement was concluded at the end of last year. The acquisition financing was structured and provided by Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI). The bpv Huegel team led by partners Christoph Nauer and Ingo Braun , included Barbara Valente , Daniel Maurer , Patrick Nutz-Fallheier , Roland Juill and Johannes Mitterecker. The merger control and investment control proceedings in seven countries were handled by a team led by partner Astrid Ablasser-Neuhuber with Stefan Holzweber and Philipp Stengg .
